Key Personnel
Colin Lillicrapp, Chartered Civil Engineer, joined the Practice in 1998. A graduate of City University of London. Colin has a Local Authority background experienced in municipal and drainage works including feasibility studies, highways, environmental and regeneration improvement schemes. Successfully completed the design of a number of oil containment schemes for National Grid

Peter Curtis, Chartered Civil Engineer, a graduate of Portsmouth Polytechnic joined the Practice in 2002 from Southampton City Council where he was responsible for managing capital projects, highway maintenance schemes and environmental improvement schemes. He is also experienced in the design of sewer renovation and tunnelling schemes. Design Engineer for National Grid Oil Containment schemes across southern England.

Terence Thorp, Chartered Civil Engineer, joined the Practice in 2004 following an extensive career with Local and National Authorities, large and small consultancies. Responsible for managing, motivating and developing staff working within a large engineering design team. Responsible for the design of the Channel Tunnel Terminal platforms and track related civil works at Folkestone. Seconded to the Department of Transport concerning the bridges related to motorway widening. He spent three years in Germany participating in the development of Eurocodes. Civil/Structural Design of schemes for the National Grid.

Jonathan Hall, Highly experienced graduate Structural Engineer, joined the Practice in 2006. Extensive experience of steel and composite structures. Has been head Design Engineer on many projects from multi-storey, aircraft hangers and football stadia to domestic structures, flats, extensions, refurbishments to loft conversions. He is also experienced in the design of water and earth retaining structures and general foundation works. Recently completed the structural design of civil works for various National Grid schemes.

Graham Pope, Chartered Structural and Civil Engineer, joined the practice in January 2009 following many years experience with local consulting engineers.  A graduate of Kingston Polytechnic having a wide range of experience in structural design with particular emphasis relating to domestic and commercial properties. In addition extensive experience with major Loss Adjusters and Insurance companies regarding structural surveys, reports and investigations relating  to building defects/damage including subsidence, fire, flood.

Chris Jenner, Chartered Structural Engineer, joined the practice in March 2010. He has over 21 years of experience working for Local Authorities, Engineering Consultancies and Loss Adjusters on a wide variety of Structural and Civil Engineering projects on the Isle of Wight and Nationwide. He has been the lead design engineer on many schemes, including the structural design, inspection and refurbishment of new schools, leisure facilities, civic buildings, flats, domestic properties, high / medium rise tower blocks and large warehouses. In addition he has been responsible for the design and inspection of civil engineering projects which have included bridges, multi storey car parks, cycleways, roads and drainage systems. During his career he has carried out numerous structural surveys, reports and investigations on a wide variety of domestic and commercial properties.
