Our offices provide AutoCAD facilities where our experienced and fully trained CAD operators are able to produce designs and drawings up to A0 size at scales to suit our Clients needs.
The practice is committed to keeping abreast with modern technology and the offices are provided with networked computer systems connected via the Internet to enable fast transfer of information between offices using up-to-date Broadband Services.
Plans can be sent electronically to our Clients premises or can
be provided as a hard copy on quality paper, floppy disc or CD ROM.

Land Surveys
Our surveyors use the latest 'total station' surveying equipment combined with hand held data loggers to ensure full electronic data capture. This ensures that the highest standards in accuracy are maintained throughout the survey to provide an accurate comprehensive base survey from which our design work can be based upon.

CDM Co-ordinator under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007
Patterson Reeves and Partners are able to provide CDM Co-ordinator services to meet the requirements of the new CDM (2007) Regulations.
All staff have attended a course to introduce them to the Regulations with particular reference to the new duties imposed on Clients, Designers & CDM Co-ordinators.
The Practice has prepared a manual to demonstrate competence to meet the core criteria outlined in Appendix 4 of its Approved Code of Practice.
