Should any problems be encountered then we can also advise on possible design solutions.

The Party Wall Act came into force on 1 July 1997 and provides a framework for preventing and resolving disputes in relation to party
walls, boundary walls and excavations near neighbouring buildings.  

Anyone intending to carry out work (anywhere in England and Wales) of the kinds
described in the Act must give Adjoining Owners notice of their intentions.

We are able to assist Clients with advice on the Act, preparing and serving the necessary notices to neighbouring properties and administration and settling disputes in a professional manor.
