Feasibility Studies & Project Management
With many projects, there are often several options to consider before adopting a preferred design solution. Whole life costs, for example, where capital and operating costs are taken into account, often need to be determined in order that a client is satisfied that a proposed scheme is cost effective. Alternative proposals in themselves may offer their own particular disadvantage or advantage and they need to be fully assessed and costed before an option is adopted.
We have undertaken a number of feasibility studies for clients including assessing the infrastructure requirements for servicing new development and redevelopment proposals, comparing  the capital and operating costs of pumped wastewater schemes against  gravity options and assessing the options for the future repair, maintenance and improvement requirements for Housing Association owned wastewater treatment plants.
We can advise Clients on firms suitable to undertake the work, on any special Conditions of Contract that may be required, prepare tender documentation, attend site meetings, monitor progress, prepare certificates for payment
